Where it all began

After riding in the British Enduro Championships back in 1985, Del Stanley needed to replenish his funds so headed off to Saudi Arabia to perform freestlye motocross shows. Inspired by freestyle BMX riders, he was performing freestyle tricks even before the term 'Freestlye Motocross' was conceived. After nearly two years he rode his trusty XR250 from Jeddah back to Blighty and continued to ride the British Enduro Championships and the ISDE in Italy 1997.
